Compare your own time in the swing with the swing on the screen

Gravitation is one of the boundary conditions of our lifes. We cannot fly or levitate from the earth. We are kept in place like magnets. To swing is one way to oscillate between increased weight and close to zero-weight. Children love to experience this sensation in a swing. Swings are also pendulums, which measure time. Each swing has its own characteristic time, depending on the length of the ropes.
