Producers:
An
artistic work which deal with the phases between gravity and non-gravity
and our perspective as humans - how has the modern space research changed
our own position in existence? In this work we include researchers in
space research, physiologists, mechanics and physicists in different laboratories
in Sweden and abroad.
The
modern research of space has changed the image of the human position in
universe. How can we make an image of the human endeavour in a space perspective?
By use of satellites we document several artistic installations.
The
transition between micro gravity and the fall down (2G) is what is shaping
the nature of the parabolic flight. We want to use those transitions to
make an installation in the aircraft, which includes stage design, sound,
light and dancers.
Can
we save the energy from the double G to be able to lift a body in the
zero G? In this phase we intend to co-operate with physiologists and also
use different research which says something about the circumstances for
our bodies. We use video to make a poetic picture of the transition, and
make us aware of our normal circumstances in gravity.
